Worksheet provided to all Cubs in advance with clothing/safety requirements - these must be completed and handed in on the day

09:30-10:00 Cubs arrive - registration, hand in worksheets
10:00-10:15 Whole group warm up
10:15-10:45 Session 1
10:45-11:15 Session 2
11:15-11:30 Break
11:30-12:00 Session 3
12:00-12:30 Session 4
12:30-13:00 Lunch
13:00-13:30 Session 5
13:30-14:00 Session 6
14:00-14:15 Break
14:15-14:45 Session 7
14:45-15:15 Session 8
15:15-15:30 Whole group warm down
15:30-15:45 Break
15:45-16:15 Awards and closing (badges and certificates to Pack leaders to award)

  1. 50m races (sprinting and skipping with a rope)
  2. Throwing (Cricket ball and football)
  3. High jump
  4. Fun races (egg and spoon, sack race, three-legged race, beanbag balance race)
  5. Long jump
  6. Shuttle runs
  7. Team assault course
  8. Sargent jump and 1,000m run
